Simran, a software engineer, model and beauty pageant participant who will represent India at an international competition in Indonesia next month, spoke about her ambition to combine her corporate experience with entrepreneurship by taking her family business forward with a modern vision. Ranchi-based Instagram influencer Chhavi Gupta, who creates content alongside her homemaker mother, highlighted how their videos promote women’s confidence, self-reliance and Jharkhand’s rich cultural identity, proving that meaningful content can inspire change while celebrating local traditions.

Through such interactions and success stories, the conclave reinforced the importance of mentorship, collaboration and innovation in creating a stronger ecosystem for women entrepreneurs.
