  Abhishek Jaiswal’s journey began with a diverse academic background and a strong passion for automobiles, especially motorcycles. He pursued his education in Nautical Science from Mumbai and later completed his engineering in Computer Technology from Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur. His professional journey included valuable experience at Flipkart, where he honed his skills in e-commerce and business operations. Returning to Ranchi with a desire to combine his engineering expertise with his lifelong passion for motorcycles, Abhishek saw a significant opportunity in the local market. In 2018, he founded Seema Suzuki, driven by a vision to introduce Ranchi to world-class Suzuki two-wheelers amidst a landscape where the brand’s presence was limited. Despite initial challenges and skepticism, Abhishek believed in Suzuki’s global reputation for excellence and envisioned filling this void. The journey wasn’t without its hurdles. Initially met with doubts about the viability of the venture, especially during the challenging times of COVID-19, Seema Suzuki persevered. In September 2020, amidst the pandemic, it was inaugurated with a determination to thrive. They focused on customer-first principles, ensuring every interaction reflected their commitment to quality and service excellence. Their perseverance paid dividends. Today, Abhishek leads a vibrant team of young, dynamic individuals, with a workforce that boasts 95% youthful energy and 40% female representation. Building a team that shares their passion and values has been one of their most significant accomplishments and a driving force behind their success. Looking ahead, Abhishek and Seema Suzuki have ambitious plans for expansion. With recent openings in Hawaii Nagar, Khuti, and plans for outlets in Bundu, Gumla, Simdega, and Bokaro within the next two years, the dealership aims to enhance accessibility and convenience for customers across a wider region. Abhishek’s personal passion for motorcycles extends beyond business. As a passionate super bike rider, he owns and cherishes a Hayabusa GSX 1300. In addition, he founded the Ranchi Suzuki Riders motorcycle club, fostering a community of enthusiasts who share his love for Suzuki bikes and the thrill of riding.     Beyond mere dealership status, Abhishek envisions Seema Suzuki as a cornerstone of the community. They actively contribute through various social initiatives such as blood donation camps, distributing umbrellas during monsoons, and supporting underprivileged communities.
